THE POSITION
Your new role will be part of our maintenance team that supports our large facility in the Alexandria, LA area. You will be part of team that provides hands-on technical leadership in developing and improving accountability, productivity, safety and quality systems within the maintenance workforce. You will also provide support and leadership in planned and scheduled maintenance, shutdown execution, precision maintenance concepts, proactive maintenance processes and support the reliability efforts in areas of responsibility
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
Previous leadership experience required
TPM/PM & CMMS/PLC experience a plus
Hydraulic, pneumatic and power transmission processes experience a plus
Must be a U.S. citizen or current green card holder
