Maintain compliance activity records.
Verify, identify, and monitor licensing accounts.
Monitor payment accounts and identify compliance issues.
Educate taxpayers and assist with inquiries.
Enter information into the taxpayer system for processing.
Expand and maintain proper knowledge of local, state, and federal tax legislation.
COMPETENCIES/PHYSICAL DEMANDS Able to operate basic office equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Possess good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Able to bend, stoop, climb for tasks, and raise/lower objects up to 25 lbs.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree or two (2) years of related college coursework.
One (1) year of related experience.
Valid Louisiana driver's license.
Must be available to attend Parish meetings before, during, & after business hours.
