Qualifications:
Skilled in the maintenance of school district building facilities, equipment, and grounds relative to caring, cleaning, repairing and replacing REPORTS TO:
Building Evaluator or designee SUPERVISES:
None JOB GOAL:
To be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas of the site building plant, facilities, grounds and equipment TERM:
Twelve (12) months SALARY:
Custodian Salary Schedule-NIV PERFORMANCE
Responsibilities:
Complete maintenance activities of building facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by head custodian, building evaluator, or custodial supervisor.
Follow state, school board and school policies relative to the safety and security of buildings, equipment and supplies.
Maintain and/or prepare equipment and supplies as necessary for various Report safety hazards to Submit requests for janitorial materials, supplies, equipment as needed Work cooperatively with other custodial staff, head custodian, building evaluator, custodial supervisor, and other school district personnel as necessary to perform assigned duties.
Adhere to schedule for routine and special tasks as approved by the building evaluator and head Attend in-service training as required by the custodial supervisor and/or building evaluator Perform other related duties as assigned by the custodial supervisor and/or building evaluator Follow federal, state, and Rapides Parish School District policies.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
