We are looking to hire and train quickly for this position.
The primary function of the Project Manager/Sales Representative is to provide a steady stream of revenue by generating and working roofing leads.
Once a lead is generated you will maintain contact with new and existing customers, provide assistance when there are issues at jobsites, and gather information for estimates.
PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS:
Establish new and existing contacts in need of roofing services.
Develop strong relationships through trust and confidence within the community.
Maintain a consistent sales funnel of new and expanded customers with roofing needs.
Gather job data to provide estimates.
Reply to needs of installers while installing your jobs.
Pro-actively respond to customer's needs all during job process.
Collect all payments during sales process.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
Must be able to sell with integrity and close contracts.
Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary.
Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others to maintain our helpful culture.
Must be energetic, self-motivated.
PAY & BENEFITS $32,000 salary plus 4% commissions and bonuses.
Paid Training is available the first 8 weeks - office training, assisting and working with our current Project Managers.
