Cafe Service Representative (Assistant Cook)

This Position is works Monday through Friday.
Cafe is closed on the weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1.
Monitor food supplies and order replacement items as needed2.
Process food sales using the cash register and POS machine3.
Cafe opening and closing duties of food preparation and cleaning4.
Prepare multiple orders simultaneously5.
Maintain a clean dining area and drink bar throughout the day6.
Cook and prepare menu and daily special items7.

This position operates in a professional food service environment.

Must be able to lift 25 poundsPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non-exempt position.
40 hour work week.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications1.
Experience operating commercial, grills, fryers, and refrigeration2.
High School Diploma or equivalent 3.
Acceptable driving record4.
Ability to pass a background check5.
