Establishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients.
Oversees direct care in a pro active manner.
Makes certain that the group home and surrounding outside areas are kept organized and clean.
Utilizes APPROVED techniques for management of aggressive client behavior to insure the safety of clients and staff.
Fulfills position duties using the principles of value-based relationship with clients and stewardship of resources in order to strengthen Westside's caring mission.
Requirements Education:
HS Diploma preferred.
Valid Drivers License or Chaff.
