Job Duties Assists in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming materials.
Includes matching contents to packing lists, and visually inspecting packages and contents for damage during handling and transit.
Assists in receiving the equipment in our financial tool and on other Tracking Systems.
Assists in handling various deliveries from different freight carriers and helps schedule pick-ups as needed.
Packs and ships products to local offices/ internal customers and sub-contractors, including creating labels and shipping to internal customers or vendors as needed.
Assists in processing returns including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs); this includes returning and shipping RMAs as needed Assists with the monthly cycle counts, annual inventory counts, and reconciliation.
Works with other departments such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve receiving challenges Keeps the warehouse area clean and organized; sweeps, breaks down boxes, restocks paper products, etc.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

High School/GED or equivalent experience Preferred
Experience:

1-3 years of relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving Experience in 1 or more of the following industries:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
